I'll be completely honest. These new backgrounds you've been making are pretty sick and I'd love to use them. However I'm not going to pay $5 for something I'm going to use simply as a backdrop.

I don't by any means mean to belittle your work. I'm sure you put a lot of effort into making sure they look good and it shows, but regardless of your own time investment I'm still not compelled to spend $5 on them. I can find similar art on Google for free and unfortunately for you that's what will happen with most people that see your work.
